cheapest 4\" lift for a \'99 suburban (old body style)?

Anybody know where to get one? Looking for a friend, they would also take a used one. Also, would 15" wheels fit on a '99?

15s might not clear the calipers. but, grinding them is no big deal if you just have to rtemove a sharp corner or something.

as for cheap and IFS, they don't go together. if you can stand it, just go with a 3" body lift. otherwise, save up for a 4-6" suspension lift.
