    Cost about $50.

It's supposed to be about 12 inches long when assembled (as shown.) All parts moving and some of the plastics are clear so you can see rocker arms moving, etc.

God I'm such a kid at heart.

oh yea, it really works, you turn a crank on the back and it goes through everything - crank, rods, pistons, cam, timing gears/chain, push rods, lifters, valves, valve springs!, rocker arms, the whole bit, it was wicked cool, but its only got a 1 or 2bbl carb on it, on a V-8, what a bunch of R&D pussies, get a wieand 8-71 with a pair of dominators on there, haha

it is not a working engine if that's what you mean. it is only a model.
There is a little crank on the back that is connected to the crankshaft and you spin it that way.
supposed to have rods, pistons, rocker arms, etc. Not sure about valves.

    those are cool..
they just dont seem to last very long when you take off the hand crank and put a dremel on it instead....
i had a friend that did that, hehe apparently the redline is below 8,000 rpms, cause it didnt last long at that speed..
    very cool little engine though

The same guy makes a complete 1/4 scale Viper engine as well. Only $12,000 for this little paperweight.

Trying to lighten up the front a bit. THis probably weighs 1 pound and the engine I have now is probably 500. That's a 499 pound weight savings!
Plus, this one is more efficient. Cheaper to buy a new mouse to run the wheel than it is to buy gas. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif
