Leaving for Chicago for a few days tomorrow (work) Will be near O'Hare and craving good italian food. Don't think I'll have time to get into the city so Little Italy's out. Anything good near O'Hare? for traditional Italian food. No wolfgang ducks on pizza... What was he thinking? :doah:

Heard Malnati's in Park Ridge is good for pizza. True or over-rated?

lou malnati's is pretty decent, One of the best in the burbs. The interior was sort of run down last time i was there but the food's good....the elk grove is the original one and i believbe closest to the airport. Lots of places down town if you happen to get there chicago pizza and oven grinder is one of my favorites in the city, not as uppity as some of them can be.

I thought their pizza was overrated, i wasnt a big fan of it. It was good, dont get me wrong, but ive had better. Other than that i really dont know of anything else, i usually try to avoid the city.
