The wife and I make our own. Very simple, very easy and you know it's fresh. Sometimes I'll roast up some corn and fresh chili's to throw in. Plus Cilantro...must have Cilantro.

From a jar: Pace with some fresh cilantro tossed in.

Best way is to just make your own. Roast some tomatoes, tomatillos, (3 or 4 of each), a half dozen sarano peppers, a couple jalapenos, and an onion. Throw everything but the onion into the food processor and spin it until it looks right. Chop the onion and a bunch of cilantro and throw them in, along with some salt and the juice and pulp of a lime. Now give it a few quick pulses to blend. Its even better if you grew it, too.

x2 on the mango salsa! My wife makes it so I don't know exactly but it's something like mangoes (duh) avocado, onion, jalapeno, black beans, and pepper sauce.
