So have you put up your Christmas lights yet ?? I put mine up a couple days before Thanksgiving because it was almost 70 degrees. Glad I got them put up then, it's been too cold sense for me.

I just put them up yesterday and today. I still need a few here and there though.

The glow in the back of the house is my own special touch. ;)

I put them up on Thanksgiving but I'm not about to go out in 15 degree weather and snap pictures :D

Here's last year's that I've added about 800 more lights to this year.

is it bad if we never took em down? :haha:

seriously, we've got red white and blue rope lighting along the gutters that stays up year round. works for the 4th of July, etc, as well as Christmas. we add more around Christmas time, but havent got to it yet.

Before I got married, my roomate and I had lights strung year round. We would plug them in for parties, weekends, night time......

I have blinky light on one of the trees at my parking pad that I leave up year round. Just run the drop cord out to it for Christmas, and put it away in Jan.

I never take mine down. Its too much of a hassle on a 3 story house, so I guess I should plug them in and see if they still work.

Yeah we got our apartment up here at school decked out. We have a few inflatables, lighted signs, just general tackiness abounds. I even resorted to putting a coat hanger on a long stick and stringing lights on branches of a big pine that are level with our 3rd floor deck...

    Just kidding! :D

I stopped hanging lights when a gust of wind almost blew me off my roof (30 feet high). :doah:
