dude, where is that? it's hard to believe that that driveway is within city/county/state code. Imagine taking a heavy garbage can down that thing every week. Only a matter of time and rain/ice before you bust your ass bad. Speaking of snow... how would you get up that if it was icy? Down wouldn't be a problem... but up? Hope there is room in the street. If they ever landscape it and have grass, it'd be a real bundle of joy to mow the front yard too...

the road my grandparents house is on is just like that. They luck out in the winter though because the highway dept. super lives at the top, so there's always plenty of salt put down. My grandfather has a rope tied to a lawnmower and he stands at the top of his yard and lowers the mower to the bottom, then pulls it over 21" and pulls it back up. It's a great upper body workout for the hour it takes to mow.

from the looks of the houses, not a cheap area to live in. a heated driveway probably isnt out of the question.

They're some near me almost that steep, and they're heated. Have to get a photo and compare them.

Ugh. Memories of me bouncing my right knee off the concrete driveway (you've seen it Don) last Tuesday morning came back to me.

it'd be hilarious if instead of the chebbie, the guy who bought the house had a Fast-n-Furious ricer... without thinking about it, he tries to pull into the driveway of his new house... and snaps off 100 pounds of ghey fiberglass (with carbon fiber look!) and crushes his fart can muffler.

at any rate, I'd never buy that house... ever. Flat driveways and RV parking is what life is all about. If I was ever rich/snooty to the point where that house looked like a good idea, I'd kick my own ass.

theres one older toyota van in my neighborhood that has a slight lift (so the owner says, i think had a shop put coil spacers on it or something) just do it could get up teh driveway. ive seen it hit on the way up the driveway, but after some suspension mod what ever they did, it doesnt do it anymore. its kinda funny
