I am trying to clean out the engine compartment in my 73 and want to know is there an easy way to remove all the ac work. I would like to try to get the heat to work. Will I have to get the heater ducting off of a non ac truck, or they the same? It just looks so much less cluttered with tha evap. box out of the way. Thanks, Russell

The fire walls of a truck with ac and without ac are different you will have to do a lot of modifications like cutting new holes cause the boxes are very different. I did the opposite, the military tub didn't have air and mine did. All in all alittle time consuming but its done and works fine.
