Hey Terry, the date and time has been set for the Ironwood Cleanup. A
    flyer or
other info update will follow from both myself and BLM.

It's January 20th and approximately 5 cleanup sites have been identified
    on the
eastern side of the Ironwood National Monument north of Avra Valley Road
    and
south of the Pinal County line.
The approximate location will be Gas Line Road and El Tiro Road at
approximately 8:30 am. We're hoping to have approximately 100 people
    from all
walks of life involved. This is west of the Marana/ Interstate 10 exit
approximately 6 - 8 miles near the El Tiro Glider Port. Good dirt roads
    which
can be accessed by cars, pickup trucks or whatever.

I'll have more in the near future including recommended tools etc.,
    people
bringing utility quads to help move debris and garbage to the roll offs
    etc. .
To date the only interested people at both the pre meeting and today's
    field
trip are pro Blue Ribbon Coaltion types including the Tucson Rough
    Riders and a
prospector's group. Tammy Pike from ASLD is also involved.

I might comment in the interests of being honest that the Tucson Field
    Office's
Tony Herrell ( project manager ) has been very open and nice to deal
    with so
    far.

Very possibly. How far is it from Prescott? Just moved here back in Sept.
