cleaning a hard top

    i was justr wonderin what everyone uses to clean the top on their k5? its not to bad, but just the normal cleaning didnt work for it. thanks.

    Maybe try some of that black plastic renew stuff. Don't use armor all or anything like that. I tried a spot on top with it and all it does is attract dirt, and make it harder to keep clean.

    Goto Lowe's and buy some stuff called gloss-coat or gel-coat from the plumbing dept, its comes in a pink can, they have spray on or regular and its great for anything fiberglass or acrylic, even boats. Also protects your gel coat on fiberglass.....Good Stuff!

    its called gel-gloss and i use it on my 5th wheel.... works great /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
