I got my lift for my Xplorer FINALLY... The only complaint I have, other than how long it took, is the springs are black... There is some red showing through, so I know they're a cool color... I took them to a car wash, but the black won't go away... I think it's grease or something, anyone have any ideas for cleaning them? /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Just paint them the color you want.

Hmmmm... 24 karat gold, charcoal, black, and clear... Maybe I should take a trip to Home Depot tomorrow /forums/images/graemlins/rotfl.gif

If you want to clean em good go to the autoparts store and buy some Castrol Super Purple cleaner. Spray, hit it with a soft brush and wash. The red under the black is the primer from the manufacturer. Just repaint them with some Epoxy based paint and your good to go /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
