Finally getting to work on my 73 again and one question that has been in the back of my mind regards the rear output on my NP203. I bought the t-case from a guy in L.A. and it has the MM shaft kit in it. My question stems from the speedo attachment actually. On my old case it was on the bottom outside (driver's side) on this one it is on the top insided (passenger side) wich seems to make my speedo cable a couple inches to short. IS it possible to unbolt the output cover and reclock it (turn it 180 ) to p[ut the speedo attachment back where I need it or should I just buy a new speedo cable? ANyone know off hand what lenght I want if I buy a new one? I'm not sure what year the new case is actually out of.

    thanks

No, there is an "indent" in the housing for a shift fork. And you won't be able to clock it. /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif
