Anyone know where to get closed end spring perches for a 14B FF? I want to get something similar to the solid ones that came on it stock.

There is someone on this site that makes them. $55 to your door. I got 2 pair, worked great. Do a search for spring perches, if that doesn't work, e-mail me and I'll dig up his info. Let him know if you need 1/2" or 9/16" holes, it's much easier if he drills them out correct the first time. I thought I'd break my wrist boring them to 9/16"!

Just sent him a PM--Im definitely getting them. His SN is Rockjunkies here on ck5. I really hope they will hold up to my axle wrap better than those POSs that I got from 4WP. Those turned into rainbows in a couple days.

Your axle tubes will bend or the welds will break before those things budge.

Willyswanter made the plates and blocks. The blocks are 2" and they bolt to the spring pack like an add a leaf. They were too pretty to cover with paint so I just cleared them. Too bad the rest of the truck is so ugly, but I'm not really into it for the looks anyways.

Looks good Shaggy. If anybody is interested in the perches, I still have some around. I am looking for way's to advertise them right now. But in the meantime just give me a P.M. and I will get you going. Thanks for all the positive feedback.

He's not really set up to make them in quantity right now, but you can always PM him and ask!

I think his quote was $800 a set. Meaning he didn't really want to make anymore.
