For anybody that has a clunk when they turn this might be your problem. I have ORD Greasable bushings in the front and I found out once they settled in they were allowing the front of the springs to move side and side about 1/8". I first tried to tighten them but they were tight so what I wound up doing is taking the metal sleeve out and grinding a little off the end and then putting them back in with a washer on one side to take up the space between the bushing and the mounting bracket. I had the noise for a while but could never figure it out and once I put the crossover steering on and 38.5's it was worce. Just thought it might help somebody.

It is not in the shackels but the front spring eye. It might be worth checking the shackels though.

I just found out that my bushing is completely gone. It is riding on the bolt. I think that's why my truck makes that nice clunk when I turn. It had me stumped for awhile. Time for some ORD greasables./forums/images/icons/smile.gif
