If I get some sliders on by then and can break away from work. Another week and I'll be on 24/7 irrigation.

If all goes well, I hope I can have the General on the trail by mid-May. I'm just not sure about OCG for the first trial run. My plan was to run Moody/Crystal Mtn. :dunno:

You know I might be up for China Wall, but that may be a bit far to drive for a maiden voyage. However I may have access to a tow rig by then.

I'm in, pending fuel system bug fix, exhaust and new toys. Might need a hand installing a Detroit and and a lock-rite Bo...

I know that I wont have the lockers in or 8-lug stuff done for probably another two or three weeks. I'm thinking June 9th will be my soonest available shot at a run... Unless it's Carnage or something real close...

We're going to be camping up there by Coney Flats/Middle St Vrain the weekend of June 9th. Nicole wants to drive the General around the trail this time.

I'd like to find another trail around there to run too. Maybe that Miller's Rock trail Bo and I ran in his truck. :dunno:

That'll definitely be the maiden voyage for the General.

I need to get the truck out some time this summer or sell the thing for neglect. Got to get the motor in though. John if you need help call. I know you did yesterday, but you don't check voice mail and I missed you on the return.

Maybe I can try to blow the IFS in the tahoe!!

Not much worse than Carnage Boulder. Here are some pics from past trips:

Last year OrangeCrushK10 made it through open/open on 33's up til the end when he trashed a rear driveshaft. 3 on the tree made it past the fist obstacle, but it wore him out without power steering, manual clutch, and broken steering wheel.

While a few of the obstacles can be bypassed. However, after last years run, I would recommend it without at least one locker and good 33" tires.

    I don't think you'd have much trouble.
