I've been searching for a way to increase the output of my Cobra 29 NW ST and can't seem to find any info. The only info I've gotten is for a Cobra 29 Classic or Limited (i think). Anyone know how to do this. And can someone explain "peak and tune"? Thanks in advance for any info.

In the Cobra NW St there is about 6 lil diods that are blue with white centers. That is what you need to play with, but that is pointless unless you have a meter to see what you are doing. Tweak and Peak means basically what it sound like. When you tweak a radio it means you are fine tuning it. When you peak a radio it means you are adjusting it to its highest swing watts. I would recommend going to a cb shop and letting them play with it.
Your in LA area right? Go over to I10 in Ontario and take the Miliken exit go south to the TA truck stop and yell out on channel 19 for the cb shop and the guy will give you directions from there. He's pretty damn good.
