24 is the vehichle speed sensor-check the connections at the ECM, and the TPS setting

43 is the ESC-check wires from the knock sensor to the ESC, wires from the ESC to ECM, and/or replace the knock sensor and/or the ESC module (i had this code was the knock sensor)

44 is lean exhaust- check the ECM wiring connections terminals, have fuel pressure checked, check the oxygen sensor wire, check the carb or TBI gasket, vacuum hoses, and intake manifold gaskets. And/Or replace the oxygen sensor.
