I know we don't have a name yet - no jiminy, I won't endorse Homoghay Rock Crawlers!! - but I was thinking maybe we could call the China Wall trip on February 11th our first annual meeting.:dunno:

We could have our big meeting to set the trails for the season there @ China Wall.

Heck if we get a name chosen in time, I could even make up some stickers for everyone - no jiminy NO I won't do it, now leave me alone!

    Whatcha think?

Up on the way to China Wall, there is a place called Philly Joes Cheesesteaks. We could eat there after the run and set up the reat of the year. It's right between Jefferson and the trail head.

I damn near spit my drink on the keyboard when I saw Scott's new advertisement poster!

I need to go empty out the storage shed (K5) so it is ready for Feb. 11.

Trail report for China Wall. FYI, I'm thinking of doing my first camping trip of the spring there. I was thinking of camping a Friday night, running China Wall, staying Saturday, and hitting Twin Cone on the way home Sunday. Or maybe even Doing China Wall Friday, Twin Cone Saturday, and Slaughterhouse Sunday. Either way, I'm stoked to get camping.

Do you think Twin Cone will be clear enough? I would like to do that trail as well, but I don't know if I could talk Nicole into it or not. I'll talk to her about it.

What time do you think you would be hitting Twin Cone. If it was early enough, I may come do it with you and then go back and get Nicole from Mom & Dad's.

Hey here's another thought, what if we did Old Chinaman's Gulch on Sunday? I know that trail is clear enough. Maybe Nick and some of the others could make that one.

Ah I get it. I was thinking that calling this a spring camping trip was a bit of a stretch.

It's missing the "Built not Bought" stickers, and since it isn't narrowed, boatsided and tubed out, I'd sy you may be mistaken. I'd buy the pink part though...:D
