If you're in Colorado, here's a link to a web site with Ice Racing info. Just in case some you folks want to watch or even give it a try. [IMG] They race on the lake in Georgetown, just off the side of I-70.

I'm planning to go up and watch on the 19th. It's usually a blast to watch the unlimited class, with the spiked tires. I've seen a few of them roll over in the corners due to the incredible traction offered by those things! They have 1.5 inch steel spikes sticking out of the entire tread area. [IMG]

I'd sure hate for one 'em to run over my foot! [IMG]

Just saw these guys racing on Sat. (12th) pretty wild heeps. Didnt see anyone roll over, but most sounded like they had 350s in them, or they should have, had 350s in them! Great stuff!

Do they televise this? I'd love to see it, but I'm all the way in exciting Massachusetts.[IMG]

Some mornings it's just not worth chewing through the leather straps.

Not that I know of. It's just a small gathering of locals. You can check it out at the the link I posted earlier.
