Sounds like fun but upon reading the rules and regs. You must carry auto insurance to drive your rig in there. I havent had insurance on the buggy since I started to trailer it.. Bummer! Mabey Ill just go down and watch.

Too bad I don't live in Denver anymore. I'd join ya if I could, but that's just a tank of gas to get to Denver. :(

Try contacting the guy and see what he says. I know one of my friends has taken his sandrail out there and run it no problem. If your buggy isn't registered or DOT approved, I think you're OK. Or just come check it out.:D

I'd like to check that place out sometime but I'm working on my tow rig right now and it's my sons birthday. If it turns out to be a cool place, I'd like to try it out sometime this summer for sure. Have a good time, take some pictures and let us know what you think.

I'll definitely take some pics, and keep ya'll posted. From the pics on their website, it looks pretty cool, and some guys on CO4x4.org have said it's great.

What a wicked park! Bogs, a rock garden (watched over a dozen buggys and truggys get eaten up by this place!) and a tough truck track. Might just have found a spot for our spring meet and greet. Wish I could figure out how to post pics, but I'll e-mail video or pics to anybody interested.

E-mails sent. Be advised, one is a video. I gotta say, pics don't do justice to this place! Carl, the guy who is running/building the park, is totally cool and into out thing. I'm definitely thinking it will beat Sonic for meet and greet, since Carl said we'd be able to camp out there, barbeque, have some tasty beverages (when the sun goes down and the keys get put away...). VERY cool place and cool people too.

Nice pictures John. Thanks for hosting James.

Maybe when it's time for a MnG, we can even get a group discount for the weekend. I may not have a rig built by then, but I'd sure be up for the weekend camping and watching stuff.

Sorry about the heep pics, but my camera died before I could get pics of all the buggies. Bunch of guys from Off Road Solutions (a toyota shop here in town) got crazy. Carl built a couple of obstacles out of 59 inch concrete culverts (INSANE!) that were just killing rigs left and right. That truck with a big splash in the pic is an arena truck owned by my friend Wes, who actually jumped into the pit doing about 40 miles an hour!

Mark, right now Carl's just trying to get the word out to as many as possible, so I KNOW he'd take care of us. I told him all about CK5 and he's excited. I'm trying to get him in touch with Steve:D

Bib big words Kevin, for an invisible CK5 member. What, just because you carry a gun, you think you can come around and talk smack? Well, you can.:D When are we going wheeling? When are you two coming up for dinner? When are you coming out of the closet (and how will Kelly take it?). PM me your phone number.
