Pretty sure Loveland at least has a tailpipe sniffer test. Not sure on the visual inspection.

There are plenty of places to wheel. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

I work in Greeley which is about 20min east of Loveland on Hwy34.

Weld county has no emmissions regs at all, get a PO box there.

That's not entirely true. It would have to be any place but Greeley. Where I live in Ault, the test is not required. PO boxes are the only way the mail goes there.

I'm in Ft. Collins, Larimer County has somewhat strict emission test. They do have the tailpipe sniffer and do a visual, if your truck had a cat. on it when it was new then it needs to have one on it now, but I always just bolted mine on for the test then took it off. If your truck is 25 years old or older you can get classic plates and never have to get emission tested again,
