column shift to floor shift conversion

    im planning on converting my column shift 350 tranny to hurst or b&m floor mounted shifter. Does anyone know how difficult it is and what i will need to do. I know there are directions but id like to know b4 i buy it. Thanks alot

    Its really pretty easy...hardest thing to do is cut the hole in the floor for the shifter, otherwise its just disconnect old shift rod and connect and mount the new one.

    You will have to re-wire the reverse/neutral safety switch, unless you dig being able to start your rig while in gear (handy with a manual tranny, but not with an auto.)
