Has anyone converted their column shifter to a floor shifter? Sometimes when I am muddin my knee hits the shifter and puts in neutral. I would love to place my shifter on the floor were it is out of the way. Any ideas? Would this be hard to do?

I have the B&M Megashifter in my '87, I love it. Some holes to be cut in the floor, and different shift linkages (included with the B&M kit), helps if you have doen something like this in the past, otherwise a tranny shop should be able to knock it out for a reasonable price.
