I've got an 86 K5, with 4in lift with all else being stock. I want to replace the engine, transmission, transfer case and axles. I'm planning on a 350 crate engine rated around 385hp and 400ftlbs torque. I also wanna put on a NV4500 tranny to replace the 700r4. How workable is that? Also, anyone have any opinions of a transfer case to put behind the NV4500? I've got the 208 right now, but I don't know if i should go with it or a different model. I'm planning on getting some 14bolt FF axle for the rear, and a dana 60 up front. I have 35x12.5 tires and i'm thinking running 4.10s or so. Anyone have any opinions, or stuff they'd change? thanks

I think the 4500 came with the NVG241, and it would be stronger than your 208.
