I recieved an e-mail from a designer that included a VSD file. My question is what the heck is a VSD file and what program do I need to open it? I have tried everything I know (which isn't much) and nothing works. Can someone shed some light on this? /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif /forums/images/graemlins/1zhelp.gif

    Thanks In advance.

I'm not sure, but I just started using Visio, and I think .vsd's are Visio files. There's an option in Visio to save the file as a .jpg, ask your friend to save t as one and resend it to you. That's probably a little easier than trying to get Visio or a Visio viewer. If re-sending is not an option, go search Microsoft.com for a .VSD viewer.
