Congrats on great photos in mag

Stephen, just wanted to congratulate you on the excellent photos Four Wheeler mag got of your rig. Those tires look great with the grooving you did. Eagerly awaiting the competition coverage issue.

It's kid of surreal looking at your K5 with no dents and shinny paint. [IMG]

It cleaned up amazingly well. It had a good number of pushed in spots and scratches, etc, but we wiped it down with some 104 octane boost and it just shines!
we were trying about anything we had to take the stickers off when we got there, and the 104 worked OK and made it really shiny, so we went with it.

I almost didn't recognize it cause it was so clean! [IMG]
I didn't know you had such a purty truck! LOL!
But ya, those were some great pics!
They also got your mug shot in the back of the mag on the "tips for offroading".

It's been lovely, but I have to scream now.

I think that's as good as my K5 will ever look. It's a little more scuffed and banged up now, and I don't put near the time in doing touch up paint and polish since then!

They were pretty serious about the no sticker thing, and it wasn't really a choice about the 4wheel parts sticker. I took it off right after the awards though if that helps!

That's OK, you have a real cool windshield sticker on her now.

Yup, that's even the good vintage sticker, it's been sitting in my garage for about a year and a half!
