I have a ? about my 203. My front axle has lockouts on it. I know that if you run these in the locked position and the T-case in "H" the truck will act like its in nuetral if I'm correct? You will need to run it in HI LOCK for the truck to move ,am I correct? Mine moves in either "H" or HI LOCK. Is this a characteristic of a part-time conversion kit that may be installed? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! /forums/images/graemlins/k5.gif /forums/images/graemlins/usaflag.gif

I went through all that with mine and found it to be the shifter. I ordered a twin stick shifter from ORD. He'll make you one that fits. Do your hubs say MM on them? If so I bet yours has the mile marker conversion kit in it. If it dosen't have the conversion, you would still have full time 4wd. PM grim reaper about this for more info, he is the guru of the 203's.

No, If the hubs are locked and the x-case in "H", then you will move.
If you UNLOCK the hubs and run in "H" then you may or may not move depending if you have a part time kit. If you move, then you have a part time kit, If you don't then you don't.

Please do not run in HI LOCK with the hubs locked unless your on dirt!
You will need to run in HI LOCK in order to move ONLY if you don't have a part time kit, and for some reason you unlock your hubs (I don't know why you would want to do this) OR if you need to take out your front drive shaft and don't have a part time kit (May need to do if you taco your drive shaft).
