What are all the parts needed to make the conversion?

I got rear output shaft, rear output housing, and yoke, speedo gear. Did I miss anything?

I believe it's all you need.
I haven't done it yet on mine but I have two complete setups one with slip yoke and with fixed yoke, the fixed yoke has a bad input shaft so I will use it as parts.
