A while back there was a post, I cant rememeber exactly but I think it had to do with converting truck doors to work for a blazer. There was what I remember a blueprint of them, I would like to see it, thanks.

They are slightly different if you have a 73-75 full top blazer.

I hope somebody posts what you are asking for. I have a 74 Blazer and I need to replace the doors too. I would like to put in newer ones that have auto locks and windows already in them. That would save me some time and money down the road.

Cut the top of the door frame in the same locations as the old door. /forums/images/graemlins/truck.gif I had to do this years ago on a '73 Blazer I had.

I did a search and found this post from 2002

    http://coloradok5.com/forums/showflat.php?Cat=&Board=blazer4x4&Number=459520&Forum=All_Forums&Words=convertible%20blazer%20doors&Match=Entire%20Phrase&Searchpage=0&Limit=25&Old=allposts&Main=459520&Search=true#Post459520

This answered a lot of my questions. It also tells me that I can put on way newer doors and have the benifits of auto windows and door locks. No to mention I don't have to repaint the existing door panels to a color that I like. I can just find existing replacement doors in the right color. Currently my truck is orange with baby poop brown trim colors ie: dash, carpet, and door panels.
