Cookin\' With the Fatman (Even you might like this one)

(Dislaimer, my spelling bites, but I really don't give a rat's ass !!!)
Okay folks, get ready to BBQ !!!!!! Today we're doing a London Broiler. Make sure you have pleanty of beer, becouse this one takes awhile. Step 1., drink a beer. Step 2., arange charcol on one side of your grill. light it, drink another beer. season the meat, and have another beer. With a london broiler, you don't place it over the hot charcol, it go's on the other side. So now you've got the meat on the grill, close lid and drink another beer. You'll need to turn the meat every 15 to 20 mins. Cook time is normally 2.5 to 3 hours, so you may need to send the woman to the store to get more beer !!!!!!!!!!!!! I like to baste the meat the last 45 mins or so with Jack Danial's grilling sause mixed with some honey and Capt. Morgan's spiced rum. I like a baked patoto and a salad with this. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Try it, it is really good. I've been BBQing London Broilers every summer for around 10 to 15 years now. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

[/ QUOTE ] The JD grillin' sause is VERY good. Most stores carry it now. There are sevreal flavors to choose from. I like the green lable myself.

To tell You the truth I had planed on coming in here and slaming You for Your typical slop /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif. However This sounds pretty damn good. Lets see beer and JD sauce, either way You can't go wrong. On a side note even if You burn it just drink more beer and You won't really care. BTW Jack Danials BBQ sause kicks ass for store bought stuff. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif
