Today we're doing something different. You'll need boneless/skinless chicken breasts. Bake those in the oven in a glass pan till chicken is completely cooked. Then I pour Ragu's old world style traditional sauce over it and put it back in the oven for 1/2 an hour. Chop up some celery, boil till it softens up. Boil some peas. Cook some rice, once it's done, add the peas and celery, stir well. Now put down a bed of rice peas celery on your plate. Place chicken over rice. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over everything, and enjoy your lunch.
