Tonight's meal: Chili Cocksucker One large casserole dish 3-6 cans chili Cheeses of your choice Frozen potato product of your choice (hashbrowns, tater tots, fries, etc.) This is a six-layer dish, so use your own judgement when preparing. Spread one layer of chili across the bottom of the dish, followed by a layer of potato, and a sprinkling of cheese. When I say sprinkling, I mean a half a loaf. On top of this throw down another layer of chili, potato, and cheese. If you want something fancy on the top, now's the time to do it. Once you have everything laid out, toss it in the oven at 375* for 30-60 minutes. Again, use your own judgement, the numbers will change if your potatoes are thawed, and depending on the size of your dish. It's done when the potato in the middle is cooked. When you pull this out, it's wise to let it sit until the chili is done bubbling. Ask me how I know. It's called Chili Cocksucker, because the next day, you stumble around holding your belly, muttering profanities including, but not limited to: ****, ****, ****, piece of ****, damn chili, ****ing cocksucker.
