My buddy was telling me about these, pretty cool but a little expensive. These could be balanced and legally used.

    yeah,
JP offroad sells them. There is a brand called tireloc. Kevlar and everything. Pretty cool and you don't have to buy new rims (and they are street legal)

I'm currently running those on my '72K5......they are great!

I don't know what people spend to mount inner and outer beadlocks, but the $200 per tire didn't seem excessive considering that you also get a "run flat" effect because the inner bladder still holds about 25psi (can't get that on a standard beadlock!)....also, because you only air-up/down the outer area of the tire for wheeling.....you spend less time with that process....and less CO2 from your PowerTank. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Plus..... it's really fun to watch people freak out when they see you running 3 psi on the trails on a 16.5" wheel!!!! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif "Dude, you're gonna blow that bead off!"...."No, I think I'll be alright....thanks though."

Found this in PBB Looks like the same deal. Same pic anyway. A little cheaper, depending on size.
