I replaced my coolant overflow and hose and it still leaks at the low point where the outlet is. Is there a trick to this? I bought the truck used, and you could tell that it has been leaking for a while, so Id like to get it stopped before it corrodes my fender well.
    Thanks

Take it out and look it over real good, might have a smal crack in the jug.

I agree with outlaw- those tanks aren't that tough and I've had one crack in the exact same spot. If the tank IS good than maybe try putting a little RTV around where that hose goes on the tank.

Are you sure that is where it's leaking?
I had the rust on my inner fender and I noticed that it comes from the vent in the overflow tank, it turned out to be a bad cap that sent too much of the coolant to the tank and didn't let it go back when cold.
