    Kinda I guess. Ya know the Christmas lights video to Trans Siberian Orchestra. I just saw that Miller Lite is using that video for their commercials now. Question is do they have to pay the guy who did the video any $$$ or can it be legally used because it was submitted on the net. Just a random question I was wondering LOL:D I'm bored

    If the said item being used has already been copyrighted, then yes, they have to pay the original person( s ) for the use of said item. Just because its on the internet, doesn't mean that it is already copyrighted

    well the net video was very crapy on the resolution so im sure they went and filmed it at his house there selves so im sure they paid him something for doing it
