what "knocking" is? what is it caused by. high temps? i was on the highway for about 30 minutes the other day, and when i got off on the exit to stop, the momemnt i pressed the gas to go, my 84K5 seemed to make a knocking noise about 3 times. it has'nt done it since, but i have'nt been on the highway much since either.
    thanks in advance.....Kelboski

Knocking is detonation, caused by bad gas, not high enought octain gas, and or your timing being off.
