I was looking at my motor as it was running and I noticed that the crank pulley was slightly off center. I loosened the bolts and reinstalled it but it is still a little off. Could this cause major internal problems or should I not worry about it? The bolt holes are slightly larger than the bolts so it is really tough to get it lined up perfect.

Muddy, The crank pulley typically has a ridge in back around the large center hole that fits into the harmonic balancer hole to keep it centered. I had purchased an aftermarket alum pulley that wobbled, and it seemed to be off center. I exchanged for a new one and all is perfect now. Good luck. JT
