What if you were to use a dually dana front end with a van 14bff (since its wider) and use dually wheels to keep the tires under the fenders? These are my only concerns:

-difference in quantity of lugs between the front and rear axles
    -dually wheels aren't wide enough
    -gears won't match
-lug studs won't be the same
-dually wheels won't work on a rear axle
    -it would look weird

Ok, so help me figure out why this wouldn't work /forums/images/icons/laugh.gif

I don't think hummer rims will fit over the brakes without spacers. So you would be back to the wheels sticking out of fenders. Also why would you want to run the dually front? With a van rear and single wheel front they will match width.

My thoughts have been to run both dually axles with single humvee wheels. If you wanna keep teh wheels in the fenders and don't want to use humvee's, I would stick with the SRW D60 front and van 14ff rear for matching track width (as stated above /forums/images/icons/wink.gif ) And I'm pretty sure that all D60 fronts are 8 lug (I've never seen it differently unless it was custom built 5 or 6 lug) just like a normal 14ff rear. Or somethin' /forums/images/icons/tongue.gif /forums/images/icons/wink.gif

Some early (72-ish) ford pickups came with 5-lug D60 rears. I think they were the camper specials.
