Does anyone know where to find all numbers that would work on an 86 CCC carbureted K-5 for a carburetor. I found this one with the #17087306 I figured out everything but the emissions code. The sixth digit I believe is the code and thought that 2 was federal emissions and 5 was for california emissions does anyone know what the 3 means?

Not surprising, but it looks like the decoding information I have says that should be a CA Monojet. :)

I'm guessing that is wrong for some reason ha.

The later ones seem to be pretty "wrong" when it comes to numbers decoding. I suspect at some point in the 80's the codes were changed, and the "decoders" that are on the internet only go up to the early 80's or so, in reality. Some of the decoding stuff stayed correct, like the one you have should be an 87, but obviously the 3 is not a monojet. It may have indicated CA CCC application somehow.
