Stephen, first let me compliment you on some outstanding products. I have a several of your products and could not be happier. I revisited your site and saw that you mentioned a crossover steering system that you were working on and I am very interested in it. Could you give me some info on what are the costs and what you provide. I look forward to hearing about this, thank you
    Jeff

    Ok, here's what we have.
Right side steering arm $150 (tapered for big GM tie rod end)
Install kit for right side arm $30 (studs, cone adapters, lock nuts)
Pitman arm $70 (tapered for big GM tie rod end)
Machine work on your right side knuckle $70 (mill flat and drill and tap)we can't sell knuckles outright, we don't have enough of them or a steady supply, so we have to have you send yours in.

That's about it for now, we're looking at carrying AGR boxes and pumps, may or may not do that, and we're looking into building draglinks. It's not that hard, we're just not sure how to go about the measure and communicating process. Basically just need a form for it. And need to set up in the shop to handle it!

There are some other details that go with lift height etc that would be easier to go over on the phone on an individual basis, but this will work with anything from a 4" lift to a 8" really easy, higher lifts with some mods.

We're working out details on the D60 right now. Thrashed around with someone else's right side arm last friday, ended up changing it pretty drastically to make it work. But it does work now. Put about 550 miles on it this weekend. No set date on having the D60 xover ready, but we're working on it.
Turn around on the knuckle is about a week to 10 days. really it only takes a couple hours to do it, but it's nice to do more than one at a time, and we have to schedule it in, so to be safe, i'll go with the long estimate.

Does this kit allow you to retain the original 4x4 steering box?

No, you have to replace it with a 2wd unit. You can usually pick them up at a junkyard for $40 or so.

I'll try to get a couple of answers in one post here, One is on the swaybar with xover. Basically, it's pretty hard to make it work. I don't think it's possible while retaining the ability to disconnect it.
You can drill our arms out for a 3/4" bolt. No problem.
Total cost for a package is yet to be determined, but with the machining, I'm betting on it being about $500 to $550. The draglink is the big variable right now.
