I am in the process of designing my front bumper and was wondering how you guys bent the middle of the bumper to match the contour of the body. I am going to use 3x4 1/4 wall rectangular tubing. What do you guys think?

    Thanks
    Ross

i've left the middle straight, and bent the ends. I'll email you a pic if you want.

You could cut and weld your corners/bends. That is how I made this skid plate. [IMG] Just a thought.

Yep, cut, bend, weld. I am cutting mine on the outside (toward the fender) of the frame horns.
