I saw on a 4wheeler show that this one guy welded solid round stock around his cut fenders, made them look really nice plus it took off the sharp edge. /forums/images/graemlins/hack.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grind.gif /forums/images/graemlins/weld.gif

Tape it off really well, cut slow, and edge the raw metal with paint

    ANTI VIBRATION AIR SAW

    • Reduced vibration using patented modular design with suspension system
    • Lock off throttle prevents accidental start ups
    • Adjustable guard guide allow the operator to set the depth of cut
    • Rear exhaust with special muffler directs exhaust away from the work and reduces noise level

    [/ QUOTE ]

cost you about $200, but has loads of other uses. i bought one almost a year ago for work (used in cutting fiberglass RV sidewalls) i brought it home when i went to Tim's place to help him install his 60, and it has never returned to my work box, i find too many uses for it here.
