I noticed a place in the back of 4wheel mag that says they can do a CV on a slip yoke for the 208. I thought this was only for a foixed yoke? Anyone have one or any info on this?

You can run a cv with a slip yoke. They usually run a R3 joint wich is 1/2 ton stuff. You cant run a 1350 cv wich is 1 ton.

BIGBLUE, are you running that shaft on a 208? I was told by Jessie that a 208 from a Blazer cant run a 1350 cv. They use a 3R joint which is basically a 1310.

Mine is from Tom Wood's driveshafts and it is excellent. You can see pics of my drive shaft at http://www.geocities.com/milnerlives_2000/blazer.htm
