    Is my factory D44 6 lug strong enough for the conversion to 8 lug if I am not plannin to rock krawl alot or at all /forums/images/icons/crazy.gif , mostly playin in the mud n snow! /forums/images/icons/grin.gif Ido have a new detroit & 4:56's installed as well as new bearings,calipers& hubs. /forums/images/icons/confused.gif

    if you just did calipers rotors and bearings,have you already donr the conversion or are you going to.because if you are swapping it none of the parts you just replaced will cross over in the setup except bearings,spindles,and calipers.and thats only if you get the same series year parts you already have.im doing the conversion on my blazer and later im going to upgrade the axleshafts and ujoints so it will be stronger also.
