My truck is DAMIAN's cousin. Everytime I touch the damn thing, the simple project turns into hours of work. Its not just the truck, but the tools that come into contact with the truck. Bolts breaking, seizing, compressors breaking, factory parts don't fit, parts don't exist anymore on this day, but are available the next (f'n stealerships), junkyard price gouging, fires...

Lesson - don't weld inside a truck with old dried out carpeting. It didn't take much water to put it out.

Good thing is I have been able to fight my way through each fix with minimal blood loss and minimal extra damage.

I keep reminding myself this is a "fun" hobby. This is a fun hobby, right?
