I oredered some stuff from 4Wheel Parts which came in today. We also ordered the 2000 Top Truck Challange. My son and I immediately sat down and watched video #1, finished that and put in #2. IT'S #1 AGAIN!!! DAMN! I would have been happer if that had screwed up the rest of the order, unfortunately they got that right.

Thats wierd. I got those same videos today at 4wp. Watched 1 and then 2. Man that was great. Most of the guys that work at our store are real nice. Couple of them are in our club. Sorry you had a bad experience.

They are really getting bad at screwing up orders. Everything I've ordered from them with the exception two things has been screwed up royally. The worst was a prerunner bar that I ordered in Sept 2000. Every week it was coming in on the next truck. Then I had them check on it and the store in Compton hadn't ear marked it for their store yet. This was supposedly cleared up and it should be on the next truck. This happened three more times and I was apologized to so many times that I was going to puke the next time I got an apology and not the bar. Well that time happened before I got the chance to call and they started promising it was going to be on the next truck guarenteed, which I replied don't bother wasting my time and yours. Stayed away from them for a while. I went back in and ordered a Tuffy security box and it came in a week earlier than they thought, and after the last fiasco, they gave it to me at their cost. Still dont have a prerunner bar yet.

I think its just their mail order, because I've had good experience with the store in Austin

I don't like them either. I have had a bad experience with them, but this tops it. There is a guy I know that has a 4 door Tahoe that his parents gave him, and he got 4WP to put an 8" suspension lift on it. We were following him down the road after he got it back. They didn't tighten the rear u-bolts and the 6" block popped out, bending the 10 bolt, driveshaft, and breaking the t-case. 4WP paid for it though[IMG]

Out of 4 different orders from that place, they only got 1 right. They have such a bad reputation, I don't see how they stay in business.

can't pass up a chance to talk about 4WPH. They screwed up 3 orders of mine and showed such arrogance that I'd rather place an order with a small shop for twice the amount that four wheel would charge me. I dont care, I'll never do business with them again. If you want to know the severity of their crimes, do a search. later on.
