How much would you pay for a Chevy Dana 44 front, pretty much completely gone thru with new wheel bearings, axle seals, new 4.56 gears(R&P)etc. and also a 12 bolt rear with new bearings, seals and new 4.56 gears etc. both open carriers???
    Thanks for any input!

They sound freash so I would say 500 for both or 250 a piece.
If they were not rebuilt then I would only pay 100 to 150 for each....

I had to pay $300 for a used front D44. All the others I called wanted $450. I had to drive 45min for the $300 one. I wish I could get those prices!

I was lucky enough to get a 14B FF rear and HD Dana 44 front with 4.10 gears in both along with a SM465 connected to a NP205 T-Case all in great shape for $600.00
At least I think that was a good deal.

    See Ya,
    Keith
