Dana 44 BOM Axle ID

    Can someone with access to the Dana BOM#'s help me out..

    bom#603707-2
    Date Code.. 9-23-5-5A? (September 23, 1975 - ?

    Well as far as i can tell..
    At first i thought it might be 608707 2 ??
    but with better light on it, it looked more like 603707 2

    It is a 3/4 ton setup with 4.09 gear tag.. Casting on web shows 445CF which should just indicate dana 44.

    Yea I've been there.. For GM that web site only goes back to 1978 or 79... This one is a 1975 by the date code..

    Anyone have a book on Dana BOM#'s
