Check your hubs to make sure that you don't have the rear application. I was given the rear app. by mistake from 4WP, and popped one turning around in carnage. To distinguish between front and rear, check to see if it has a spacer between the hub body and the spring that holds the clutch ring in. If it does, take it out. That has been my problem all along with busting the hubs. /forums/images/graemlins/thumb.gif

Just curious how long this deal is supposed to be going on?
Spending money on all the other internals for my 14ff/D60 is eating my wallet. Might be a month or two before i'm ready to buy the 35 spline kit. Is this indefinate or for a limited time?

Does anyone know if they would be willing to supply the 35 spline warn drive flanges instead of the locking hubs??? Maybe it would be best if I just called them direct.

Dana 60 axles have 35 spline inner shafts but the stub (outer) shafts have only 30 spline shafts so this creates a weak point, here is a pic of a 35 spline VS a 30 spline stub shaft.

Good deal Steve. Let us know if you find any unusual situations during the install. That conversion is in my future, once I recover from the cost of the triple stick doubler......The more info the better /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif

Warn makes 4 different 35 spline hubs.
    1. Regular style hub W/O set screw OR spacer; used for front apps.
    2. Regular style hubs W/O set screw, and WITH spacer; used for rear apps.
    3. Set screw style hub W/ spacer; used for rear apps.
    4. Set screw style hubs W/O spacer, used for front apps.

I believe those are really only two styles though (not counting the flanges), regular and premium, just take the spacer out if it is for the front. I could be wrong but that is what I gather.
