Dana 60 front on eBay for $100?

    I don't know of anyone who would run one. They are closed knuckle and drum brake I also think they are in a smaller housing like a D44. If your really interested contact FSJEEPER he has a M715

    Closed knuckle and drum brakes makes it fairly undesirable, or at least not worth a ton of money...

    Still stronger than a D44 though. I'm not sure what it would take to swap disc brakes onto that. I'm also not sure if they ran the same 35 spline axles in that axle.

    closed knuckle dana 60s have u-joints the same size (or smaller??) than a dana 44... so its not really a true Dana 60 like the open knucled versions on GMs.

    Brian, I would pass on that. Not strong enough. Need to find the open knuckle D60 from a Dodge or Chevy. /forums/images/icons/wink.gif
