What is the thickness of NEW front dana 60 rotor? I measured the rotors that came on my GM 60 and they are 1.623" and then I looked in the manual it said 1.21". What is a new one supposed to be?

I'm not entirely sure, but it sound like the manual is giving you the spec for a chevy 3/4 ton rotor, a dodge dana 60, or a ford dana 60. I believe the chevy dana 60 is around 1.50" thick. I would like to know if I right.

    4) Chevy rotors are about 1.5" thick, the Ford and Dodge rotors are about 1.25" thick

Sorry, that doesn't help explain why yours measure 1.623". /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif
